  1. Click Support from the main menu.
  2. Click the Submit New Ticket button to create a new support ticket.
  3. To configure the settings related to ticket senders., use the Tickets Senders Settings button.
  4. Click the Tickets Recipient Rating button to manage ratings for ticket recipients.
  5. Use the Ticket ID, Subject, and School search fields to filter specific tickets for you, then click the Search button.
    Note: The status summary can be found in the colored section showing the number of tickets categorized as Open, In Progress, Pending Client Reply, or Closed.
  6. To export the ticket list, click the Export button. 
    Note: To view ticket details such as Ticket ID, Type, Subject, Status, School, Sender, Assign To, Creation Date, and Latest Update, please look over the table.
