Arabic The Attendance section in the Noor platform provides a set of tools dedicated to managing and tracking students’ attendance, including absences, tardiness, and attendance summaries. This section enables parents to accurately monitor students’ daily attendance status, in addition to viewing reports and summaries that contribute to improving academic follow-up.
Daily Absence #
The Daily Absence screen provides records of a student’s absence for a full school day. It allows parents to search using the date or comments to easily access the required record.
The system displays a table that includes:
If no records are available, an alert message “No data available in table” is displayed.
The screen also provides several tools such as Add, Edit, and Customize Columns, which help manage absence records efficiently, in addition to a navigation bar at the bottom of the table to browse more pages when available.
Class Absence #
The Class Absence screen displays detailed records of a student’s absence from individual class periods. Parents can apply search filters by subject, date, or a specific time period to quickly access the desired record.
The screen includes a table showing:
If no data is available, the message “No data available in table” appears.
The screen also provides administrative options such as Content, Export, and Customize Columns to display data in a suitable format, along with navigation tools at the bottom of the table to browse additional records when available. This helps manage and track class absences efficiently and easily.
Class Tardiness #
The Class Tardiness screen displays records of student lateness to class periods, with the ability to search and filter data using options such as student name, subject, date, or time period for quick access to the required record.
The table shows detailed information including:

The screen also provides multiple tools such as Content, Export, and Customize Columns to adjust data display, in addition to a navigation bar at the bottom of the table to browse more records when available. This makes it easier to monitor and analyze tardiness cases efficiently.
Absence Summary #
The Absence Summary screen displays the total number of a student’s absences during a time period specified by the parent using the From and To fields. After selecting the required period, clicking the Search button displays the results.

This screen provides a comprehensive and quick overview of the student’s attendance commitment. It also includes an Export to Excel option, allowing users to save or share the data easily.
The data is displayed in a clear, readable format, and if no records exist within the selected period, the table displays zeros to indicate that no absences were recorded.
Subject Absence Summary #
The Subject Absence Summary screen displays a detailed summary of the student’s absences distributed by subject, enabling parents to track attendance compliance for each subject independently. The system shows a table listing subjects alongside two types of absences:
The number of recorded cases is shown for each category.
This screen helps analyze absences more accurately at the subject level and supports educational decision-making based on clear indicators. An Export to Excel feature is also available, allowing users to save or share the data, especially for reports or parent meetings.
If no absences are recorded, zero values appear across all subjects, indicating that no absence records exist.
