Technical Support
- Click Support from the main menu.
- Click Submit New Request to create a new support ticket.
- Select the request type: Issue, Inquiry, or Suggestion.
- Set the request priority: Low, Medium, High, or Critical.
- Enter the subject title.
- Write the description to explain the problem details.
- Problem link: you can add the link to the page where the issue appears.
- Attachments: you can attach an image or a video of the issue.
- Click Submit.
You can find a status summary in the colored section showing the number of tickets classified as Open, In Progress, Waiting for User Response, or Closed.
Use the search fields (Ticket ID, Subject, and School) to filter the tickets assigned to you, then click the Search button.
