Management / Option

This page is used to display all administrative users affiliated with the school or the educational administration, such as principals, vice principals, and senior supervisors. It helps in monitoring their data, managing their permissions, and performing actions related to each user.

Top Tabs Bar
At the top of the page, a tab bar appears containing a set of tabs that facilitate navigation between user management sections, including:

• Students
• Students Not Assigned to Classes
• Parents
• Teachers
• Supervisors
• Administration

Search Area
Below the tabs, a set of search fields is displayed to accurately identify the required users, including:

• Civil ID
• Name
• Job Function
• School

After entering the required data, click the Search button to display the matching results.

Search Results – Users Table
The table clearly displays users’ data and includes information such as:

• Civil ID
• Name
• School
• Job
• Specialization
• Job Title
• Last Activity within the system

Available User Actions
The Actions column contains a set of tools that can be used to manage each user, including:
