File upload allows you to add new content.
To add new content:
- Click Upload Content.
- Enter the title.
- Select the repository type, whether it is a video repository, educational games, audio files, or images.
- Select the grade levels; the subject field will appear along with the unit tree. Choose the lesson until the learning outcomes list appears, then select the outcomes related to the lesson and the uploaded content.
- Upload the file, taking into account the required file extensions shown below the upload field.
- Enter the keywords for the uploaded content. Note that the system allows only one word per entry in this field, and multiple words can be added by separating them with a delimiter.
- Select the version.
- Choose the content classification:

- Public, which will be published automatically to the student account.

- Private, which will be published to the teacher’s account only, with the option to publish it later to students.
- Click Save to archive the content and review it later, or click Save and Submit to save the content and send it for review by the scientific and technical reviewers.
Content List
This allows you to view uploaded content.
It includes two tabs:
In-Progress Content Tab
This tab displays a table containing:
- Content Status, shown in different colors:
- Red: content has been saved and archived for later review.
- Yellow: content has been submitted for review by the scientific and technical reviewers.
- Orange: content has not been approved and has been returned to the content creator.
- Green: content has been approved and accepted.
- Title: the content title.
- Repository Type: educational games, interactive books, audio repository, image repository, or movies.

- Subject
- Grade
- Upload Date
- Version
Actions Column
From this column, you can view or edit the content. By clicking the View icon, a screen displaying the uploaded content appears, and comments can also be added through the comment box.
By clicking the arrow in the Actions column, a list of options appears, including:
- Submit for Review: to send the content for review by the scientific and technical reviewers.
- Export Learning Outcomes: to export the outcomes associated with the uploaded content.
- Copy Content Data: to duplicate the uploaded content.
