Introduction #
The Student Portfolio Review page is used to enable specialists to search for and review student portfolios, then make a decision to approve, reject, or keep each portfolio pending according to the approved criteria.
Page Components #
First: Top Notification Bar
Displays an informational message stating:
“On this page, student portfolios will be reviewed and approved or rejected.”
This notification aims to clarify the purpose of the page for the user.
Second: Review Status Buttons
At the top of the page, three buttons appear to determine the status of the portfolio:
- Approved: To approve the portfolio.
- Rejected: To reject the portfolio.
- Pending: To keep the portfolio without making a final decision.
The appropriate status is selected after reviewing the portfolio.
Third: Search Fields
These fields allow the user to filter the displayed results:
- Student Name:
Enter the student’s name to search for their portfolio. - Subject Title:
Enter the name of the subject associated with the portfolio.
Fourth: Search Button
- Search:
After entering the search data, click the Search button to display portfolios that match the search criteria.
Fifth: Results List
This section displays student portfolios according to the search results.
If no results are found, the following message appears:
“No items to display in this list.”
3. Steps to Use the Page #
- Enter the student name, the subject title, or both.
- Click the Search button.
- Review the portfolios displayed in the results list.
- Examine the content of the portfolio.
- Select the appropriate portfolio status:
- Approved
- Rejected
- Pending
- The portfolio status is saved automatically according to the system settings.
