It can be accessed from the side menu → Reports.

The Reports Module in the Content Publisher System allows you to generate a variety of comprehensive reports about content and users, with the ability to export and analyze them easily. It includes three main types of reports:

First: General Report
It is used to obtain an overall view of the volume of content added during a specific time period.

Steps to Create the General Report

  1. Select the Time Period
    Choose the start and end dates for the period you want to display data for.
  2. Click the “Generate Report” Button
  3. View the Report
    A report will appear containing:
    • Number of added content items
    • Repository type for each content item (images, games, audio, etc.)
  4. Export the Report
    It can be exported to:
    • Excel file
    • PDF file

It is used to obtain a detailed view of all added content along with its complete details.

Steps to Create the Detailed Report

  1. Select the required time period.
  2. Click the “Generate Report” button.

Detailed Report Contents
The report displays all content with full details, including:

  • Content status, shown in specific colors:
    • Green: Approved or archived content.
    • Blue: Published content.
  • Digital repository type
  • Content title
  • Grade level
  • Publisher name
  • Publication date
  • Version number

Export Options
The report can be exported to:

  • Excel
  • PDF

Third: Export Users Report

This type of report provides advanced tools for managing user accounts.

Features of the Users Report

  • Export all user data.
  • Send emails containing:
    • User login details.
  • Reset user passwords in bulk.

Search Within the Report
You can search using fields located below the column headers, such as:

  • Name
  • Civil ID
  • Job title

Export and Control Options

  • Copy the list
  • Export to Excel or PDF
  • Customize columns
  • Set the number of rows displayed in the table
