Introduction #
The Discipline and Behavior page is used to display and document behaviors recorded for the student, whether positive or negative, along with the action taken and the behavior status. This supports educational and behavioral follow-up of the student.
2. Page Title #
Displayed at the top of the page:
Student Behaviors – [Student Name]
It indicates that the displayed data belongs to a specific student.
Page Components #
Search and Filter Bar #
This bar allows filtering recorded behaviors based on the following criteria:
- Behavior: To specify the type or name of the behavior.
- Action: To filter behaviors based on the action taken.
- Status: Such as Initial / Approved / Closed – according to system settings.
- Search button: Executes the search after selecting the filter criteria.
One or more fields can be used to obtain accurate results.
Table Control Tools #
Displayed above the table and include:
- Rows: To control the number of records displayed.
- Export: To export behavior data.
- Customize Columns: To show or hide table columns.
Third: Behaviors Table #
The table displays all behaviors recorded for the student according to the following columns:

- Record count indicator displayed below the table.
How to Use the Page #
- Access the Student Behaviors page from the main menu.
- Use the filtering options to identify the required behaviors.
- Click Search to display the results.
- Review behavior details and the actions taken.
- Use export options or detailed view features as needed.
