Exam Schedule #
The Exam Schedule page allows administrators to view the school’s exams across different periods.
Through this page, you can track all published exams, view the details of each exam, and manage related actions.
The Exam Schedule can be accessed from the side menu on the home page.

The page consists of several main elements:
🔹 Top Navigation Buttons #
A set of buttons is available to help users navigate between different types of schedules, including:
- All Schedules
- Regular Exam Schedules
- Admission Exam Schedules
These sections vary depending on the type of exams you want to display.
🔹 Exam Schedule Table #
The main table displays a list of all exams with detailed information across the following columns:

| Title | Exam name or subject |
| Type | Exam type |
| Publish Date | Date the exam was published in the system |
| Start Date | Exam start date |
| End Date | Exam end date |
| Actions | Control buttons |
If no exams are registered, the following message appears:
“No data available in the table.”
How to Use the Exam Schedule Page #
- Open the Exam Schedule page from the side menu.
- Select the schedule type from the top of the page (e.g., Regular Exam Schedules).
- Wait for the data to load in the table.
- Review exams based on the following fields:
- Title
- Type
- Publish Date
- Start Date
- End Date
- From the Actions column, you can view the exam schedule.
Exporting the Exam Schedule #
Users can export the exam schedule in Excel or PDF format.
