Surveys and Evaluations #
The Surveys | Evaluations page is used to enable users to fill out their own evaluation forms, evaluate the performance of other users, or assess school-related topics assigned to them within the system.
This page helps to:
- Track all surveys assigned to the user
- Access required evaluation forms
- Complete and submit evaluation forms
- Export data in Excel format
Accessing Surveys | Evaluations #
From the side menu on the home page, click Surveys | Evaluations.
Surveys Page Interface #
When you access the page, the following elements will appear:
Navigation Buttons: #
- Surveys
- Evaluations
- Evaluation Stages
- Detailed Evaluation of Stages
Search Box #
Allows searching for a survey or evaluation by title.
Surveys and Evaluations Table #
It includes the following columns:

| Title | Name of the survey or evaluation |
| Date | Date the form was sent or activated |
| Action | Button to access the evaluation or survey |
In the Action column, the “Evaluations” button appears to access the form related to the selected topic.
How to Complete an Evaluation Form #
To perform an evaluation in the system, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Click Surveys | Evaluations from the main menu.
2️⃣ Select Evaluations to view the evaluation forms assigned to you.
3️⃣ From the surveys table, click “Evaluations” in the Action column next to the topic you wish to evaluate.
4️⃣ A new list will appear; click “Evaluate” in the Action column to open the evaluation form.
5️⃣ Inside the evaluation form:
- Rate each item according to the displayed indicators
- Select the appropriate checkboxes for each item
- You may add a comment for each item (optional)
6️⃣ At the end of the form:
- Add a general note if desired (optional)
7️⃣ Click “Submit” to send the form.
8️⃣ If you wish to export the data, click “Export to Excel” to download the form as an Excel file.
Exporting Surveys and Evaluations #
Users can at any time:
- Export the list of surveys
- Obtain an Excel file containing all details
by clicking the “Export to Excel” button at the top of the table.
