Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is a central tool for managing information and monitoring performance indicators across the system. It provides a comprehensive visual overview of all authorized schools under the user’s scope, in addition to:
- Users (school administrators, teachers, students, supervisors, and others)
- Their activities within the system
- Interactive statistics
- Graphical charts illustrating trends and key indicators
The purpose of this dashboard is to transform digital data into clear insights that support accurate decision-making without the need to repeatedly or manually review numerical data.
Dashboard Tabs
The dashboard consists of several main tabs, each serving a specific analytical function:
What’s Happening Now
The main dashboard page provides a quick and comprehensive overview of the system status through a set of cards and charts. These elements help monitor overall user activity and evaluate school performance in a simple and visual way.
Top Section (Summary Cards)
This section includes the most important quick indicators, such as the number of notifications, tasks, and open requests, in addition to a general summary showing the number of users or schools associated with your scope of work. These cards provide an instant snapshot of the overall status.
Total User Activity
A set of statistical cards displays the total number of operations performed within the system, such as:
- Number of active students and teachers
- Total visits
- Number of lesson preparations
- User engagement during the recent period
These statistics help measure the overall level of system usage
