School Appointments

This screen enables you to search, view, and organize school appointments by date, sender, or recipient, in addition to the ability to export data or print it.


First: Searching for Appointments #

At the top of the screen, a search bar appears containing:

  1. From (Start Date)
    To specify the beginning of the time period for displaying appointments.
  2. To (End Date)
    To specify the end of the time period.
  3. Search Button
    After selecting the required period, click Search to display all appointments within this range.

Second: Displaying School Appointments in the Table #

Below the control tools, a table appears containing the following columns:

Third: Data Control Tools #

A set of buttons appears above the table:

  • Export to Excel
    To download a file containing appointments in Excel format — useful for archiving and sharing.
  • Export to PDF
    To generate a printable PDF copy.
  • Print
    To print the list directly.

Fourth: Navigating Between Appointment Pages #

At the bottom of the table, the following appears:

  • Previous / Next
    To navigate between pages when there is a large number of appointments.
  • Number of displayed records
