Survey | Assessment Page Contents #
- Add Survey/Assessment Template button: Makes the assessment visible only in teachers’, supervisors’, and principals’ accounts.
- New Aggregated Assessment button.
- Copy from Template button to duplicate a previous assessment template.
- Individual Evaluators Report button to display the evaluated average compared to the overall average.
- Assessment Stages Report button to display the overall evaluated report.
- Detailed Assessment Stages Report button to display all evaluated results. You can view evaluator reports by clicking on the number of evaluators.
- Action column where you can:
- View, edit, and delete the assessment.
- Click the small arrow to display more options such as Publish and Statistics.
Note: When copying a survey, it is important to uncheck the Template option; otherwise, another template copy will be created and will appear in the templates table.
Add a New Assessment #
- Add a title for the assessment.
- Select the assessment type from the Type dropdown list.
- Set a closing date for the assessment.
- If the principal wishes to delete or edit a teacher’s assessment, allow evaluators to view the assessment result, show indicators in the teacher’s report, or restrict it to classroom visits only, this can be enabled from the assessment options. There is also an option to hide percentages from the teacher’s assessment report.
- Click the Submit button to add the assessment.
