Arabic This report is used to display students’ behavior reports during a specific time period, with the ability to filter results based on educational stage, grade/class, and school. This page helps in monitoring, documenting, and analyzing behavioral cases within a school or across a group of schools.
Time Period Selection Area
At the top of the page, fields are displayed to specify the period for which the report is to be generated. These include:
- Start Date
- End Date
After selecting the appropriate period, filtering can be continued using the remaining fields.
Filtering Fields by Stage and Grade
These fields allow selecting the required educational category, including:
- Educational Stage
- Grade
This helps narrow the report to display only student behavior within the selected grade or stage.
Search Button
After setting all required options, the Search button is clicked to display the results in the table at the bottom of the page.
Advanced Search Area
Below the table, an additional set of search fields appears, allowing access to a specific student or a group of students through:
- Civil ID
- Name
- School
- Grade
This section helps quickly locate any recorded behavioral case.
Behavior Reports Table
The table displays student data and their recorded behavioral cases, including:
- Civil ID
- Name
- School
- Grade
- Date
- Behavior Type
- Behavior Group
- Added By (shows the name of the teacher who added the behavior)
- Visibility Status for Parent
Through this table, users can identify the type of behavior, when it was recorded, and which user entered it.
Available Actions
Tools appear at the top of the table such as:
- Export
- Customize Columns
These tools help extract the report or organize it according to need.
