Through the Digital Repository tab, you can access the contents of the digital repository, search for content, and filter the search by title or content type. Advanced search can be done by subject, class, or creator’s name.”

To view any content:
Click on the required content from the list, and it will appear in the display window below showing the educational content details such as the content title, creator name, creation date, grade, subject title, and academic term.

Share content with students:
Click on the share arrow for the required content.

The content sharing window will appear from the digital repository. Select the subject, then the title, choose the publication date, and finally click the Share button.

After that, the system takes us to the content edit page, where we enter the title, description, language, and publication date, and specify the preparation and the level of content sharing. From the subject tree, we select the book, then the chapter, the unit, and the lesson. After that, we define the learning outcomes and choose how to share the content with students, either by publishing it to specific classes, selected students, or groups, and then click the Accept Changes button.

It will be saved in the digital library, and from the Action column, the content can be viewed, edited, or deleted. It is also possible to view statistics or check if there are any items assigned to this content.
