Content List

Allows you to view uploaded content. It contains two tabs:

1. Content in Progress Tab #

This tab shows a table containing:

  • Content Status:
    • Yellow indicates the content needs review by the scientific and technical reviewer.
    • Orange indicates the content was not approved and has been returned to the content creator.
  • Title – the content title.
  • Repository Type – such as Educational Games, Interactive Books, Audio Repository, Image Repository, or Films.

  • Content Creator Name
  • Subject
  • Grade
  • Upload Date
  • Version Number
  • Actions Column – allows you to view or edit the content.
    • By clicking the View icon, a screen appears showing the uploaded content with:

  • A Approve Content button
  • A Reject and Return for Editing button
  • A Comment Box to add comments

2. Approved Content Tab #

This tab shows a table containing:

  • Content Status: Green, indicating the content has been approved and validated by the scientific and technical reviewer.
  • Title – the content title
  • Repository Type – such as Educational Games, Interactive Books, Audio Repository, Image Repository, or Films
  • Content Creator Name
  • Subject
  • Grade
  • Upload Date
  • Version Number
  • Actions Column – allows you to view or edit the content
