Virtual Meetings Report

The Virtual Meetings Report page displays a table containing all virtual meetings that have been added by the creator.
The search fields on this page help you quickly access meetings created by a specific user using one of the following criteria:

• Creator name
• Civil ID
• Meeting title

Virtual Meetings Report Table Contents

The table includes the following data for each created meeting:

• Creator Name: The name of the person who created the meeting.
• Civil ID: The civil ID number of the creator.
• Job Title: The job role or title of the creator.
• Meeting Title: The virtual meeting title as added.
• Date Added: The date the meeting was created in the system.
• Start Time: The scheduled start time of the meeting.
• Duration: The specified meeting duration (in minutes or hours).
• Number of Invitees: The total number of people invited to the meeting.
• Number of Attendees: The number of people who actually attended the meeting.

Searching in the Meetings Report

You can use the search fields available at the top of the report page to easily locate the required meetings by:

• Entering the creator’s name
• Or entering the civil ID
• Or searching by the meeting title

The results will appear instantly in the table after entering the search criteria.
