You can access it from the side menu by clicking on the Approvals tab.
My Approvals #
An overview of requests is displayed, showing whether a request requires approval or has already been approved.
The approval request status appears as:
- Under Review
- Rejected
- Approved
A table is shown at the bottom with the Approvals Statistics List, which includes full details such as:
- Approval title
- Approval request
- Department
- Request status
- Main approval officer
- Sub-approval officers
- Current request level
From the Action column, you can view the request.
Approval Requests #
Review Approval Requests #
The details of approval requests are displayed (pending or completed).
The distribution of approval request status shows whether the request is:
- Under review
- Rejected
- Approved
A table appears at the bottom with approval request details, including:
- Approval title
- Approval request
- Department
- Request status
- Current request level
- Creator name
- Main approval officer
- Sub-approval officers
From the Action column, you can view the request.
