Student Public Profile

Introduction #

The Journals page is used to display the educational activities and electronic tasks completed by the student within the system. It also allows visitors to view a summary of the public profile if the profile is available for viewing.

Note: If the system administrator disables public profiles, the details of this page will not be visible to other users.


Journals Section #

Displays a list of tasks and activities completed by the student, including:

  • Task or activity title
  • Subject type (e.g., Science, Social Studies)
  • Grade level
  • Completion date and time
  • A status indicator showing task completion

The journals are arranged chronologically from newest to oldest.


Student Information Card #

Includes the following basic information:

  • Student name
  • School
  • Educational stage
  • Place of residence (Governorate)
  • Grade
  • Class/Section
  • Profile picture (if available)

Profile Completion Percentage #

Shows the percentage of completion of the student’s personal profile.

  • A progress bar is displayed with the percentage value
  • An explanatory message appears if the profile is incomplete, clarifying the missing information

“Load More” Button #

Appears at the bottom of the page and is used to display:

  • More older journal entries
  • Previous activities that are not currently visible

How to Use the Page #

  • Access the Journals page from the side menu.
  • Review completed activities and tasks arranged chronologically.
  • Click on any task (if interaction is enabled) to view its details.
  • Monitor the profile completion percentage and work on completing missing data.
  • Use the Load More button to view older journal records.
