Introduction #
The Activities page is used to display all educational activities that have been published for the student, with the ability to filter them by subject and view the details of each activity such as the title, subject, publication date, and grade.
To access the Activities page, click the Activities icon from the home page after clicking the View All button.
Page Components #
First: Subject Filter Bar (Top of the Page) #
It contains buttons representing the school subjects, such as:
- Arabic Language
- Life Skills
- Information Technology
- Chemistry
- Visual Arts
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Islamic Education
- Social Studies
- School Sports
- Music Skills
- Biology
- (View All) button to display all activities without filtering.
📌 When clicking on any subject name, only the activities related to that subject will be displayed.
Second: Activities Display Table #
The table displays activity details according to the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Name of the activity or educational task |
| Subject | The subject associated with the activity |
| Publication Date | Date and time the activity was published |
| Grade | Student’s grade for the activity (if available) |
| Action | Icons or buttons to view or perform the activity |
If there are no activities, the page will appear empty.
Table Tools #
- Rows: Controls the number of rows displayed per page.
- Horizontal scroll bar: Displays all columns when the screen size is small.
- Previous and Next navigation buttons to move between pages.
How to Use the Page #
- Access the Activities page from the system.
- Select a subject from the filter bar or click View All.
- Review the list of activities related to the selected subject.
- Use the Action column to open or follow up on the activity (based on permissions).
- Navigate between pages if there is a large number of activities.
