Grade Columns Analysis #
The Grade Columns Analysis page is used to enable supervisors to analyze students’ performance based on their grades across different terms and subjects.
This page helps in identifying achievement levels, comparing results, and tracking performance indicators at the class, section, and subject levels.
Accessing Grade Columns Analysis #
From the side menu on the home page, click Grades Management, then Analysis.
Grade Columns Analysis Page Interface #
The page includes a set of fields that must be selected to complete the analysis process.
All fields appear in a simple form, as shown in the attached image.
Available Fields: #
1️⃣ Analysis Columns
A field to select the type of column to be analyzed, such as:
- Test scores
- Homework scores
- Continuous assessment
- Activities
- Total
2️⃣ Academic Years
Allows selecting the academic year for which the analysis will be conducted.
3️⃣ Academic Terms
Select the academic term, such as:
- First Term
- Second Term
4️⃣ Grade
A list to select the grade level, such as:
- Grade 1
- Grade 2
- Grade 3
- …
5️⃣ Section
Select the specific section within the grade (e.g., A – B – C).
6️⃣ Subject
Allows selecting the school subject for which students’ grades will be analyzed, such as:
- Mathematics
- Science
- Arabic Language
- English
- …
🔍 Steps to Analyze Grade Columns #
1️⃣ From the main menu, navigate to Grade Columns Analysis.
2️⃣ Select the analysis data from the following fields:
- Type of column to be analyzed
- Academic year
- Academic term
- Grade
- Section
- Subject
3️⃣ After filling in all the required fields, click the Search button located at the bottom of the form.
4️⃣ The system will display the analysis results based on the entered data, such as:
- Average scores
- Highest and lowest scores
- Performance distribution
- Identification of low-performing students
5️⃣ Based on the results, you can monitor students’ status and make data-driven educational decisions.
