Reports #

The Reports page allows users to view a wide range of reports that help monitor academic, behavioral, and administrative performance within the school.
The list displays a variety of specialized reports, each serving a specific purpose.
Below is a detailed explanation of each report as shown in the side menu.


How to Access Reports #

  1. From the main menu, click Reports.
  2. A list of all available reports will appear.
  3. Select the required report (Behavioral, Administrative, Grades, etc.).
  4. Enter the required search criteria (such as: grade, subject, term).
  5. Click Search to display the results.

Most reports can be exported in Excel or PDF format when the relevant buttons are available.


Types of Available Reports #

1️⃣ Behavioral Report #

Used to display and analyze students’ behaviors within the school, and typically includes:

  • Behavioral notifications
  • Attendance and discipline

Benefit: Accurate monitoring of each student’s behavioral status and making appropriate educational decisions.


2️⃣ Aggregated Reports #

Displays a set of integrated summary reports, such as:

  • Student performance summary
  • Overall averages
  • Comparison of student achievement within a class or the entire school
  • Aggregated results for specific subjects or periods

Benefit: Collecting multiple data points in a single report to simplify analysis.


3️⃣ Comparative Reports #

Allows comparison of different results and reports, such as:

  • Comparing a student’s grades between two terms
  • Comparing subject results across academic years
  • Comparing the performance of different sections

Benefit: Providing analytical insights that support better educational decision-making.


4️⃣ Grade Entry Report #

Displays information about:

  • Status of grade entry by teachers
  • Subjects with completed grade entry
  • Subjects still in progress

Benefit: Monitoring teachers’ commitment to entering grades on time.


5️⃣ Teachers’ Attendance Monitoring Report #

Used to track teachers’ performance in:

  • Class absences
  • Student lateness

Benefit: Evaluating teachers’ efforts in recording absences and analyzing student absence and lateness.


6️⃣ Administrative Reports #

Includes the General Teachers Report:

Administrative Reports | General Teachers Report:
This report appears in the System Administrator and School Principal accounts. It allows selecting only one school to display its teachers, showing the number of classes and periods for each teacher, in addition to specialization and personal data registered in the system, such as email and other details.


7️⃣ Activation Reports #

Reports that show the level of interaction of teachers or students with the platform based on centrally defined criteria, including:

  • Logins
  • Use of digital tools
  • Task completion
  • Interaction

Benefit: Measuring the actual level of usage of the Noor Platform.


8️⃣ Centralized Exams Report #

Displays the results of centralized exams conducted at the school or district level.

Includes:

  • Students’ results
  • Mastery levels
  • Comparison of results at the school or class level

Benefit: Analyzing centralized exam results to identify strengths and weaknesses.
