Users Online Now #

This page displays a list of all users currently connected to the system, categorized according to their different roles within the school.

Page Components #

Search Bar #

Allows you to search for users who are currently online using:

  • Name
  • ID number

This enables quick and easy access to any active user.

Category Tabs (Sections) #

The page contains several tabs, each representing a specific user category, such as:

  • Students
  • Teachers
  • Supervisors
  • Administrators
  • Parents

Each tab shows the number of currently online users in parentheses.

User List Within Each Category #

When opening any category, the following details are displayed:

  • User name
  • Profile picture (if available)
  • ID number

A scroll bar is available to browse through the rest of the connected users.

Multi-Column Page Layout #

Each category is displayed in a separate panel within the page, allowing you to view multiple user types at the same time, such as:

  • Students panel
  • Teachers panel
  • Supervisors panel
  • Administrators panel

This provides a quick, real-time overview of the online status of each category.

Main Purpose of the Page #

This interface helps you to:
✔ Identify who is currently using the system
✔ Monitor real-time activity within schools
✔ Understand the level of engagement at the current moment
✔ Track teachers’ and students’ attendance on the platform

From here, you can monitor login activity and actual system usage in real time.
