Teachers’ Preparations Report

This page displays a report that shows the level of teachers’ commitment to preparing their lesson plans for their scheduled classes on a specific day. This tool helps monitor teachers’ readiness for lessons and ensures that the required lesson preparations are uploaded on time.

At the top of the page, a screen appears containing two main options:

• School: Select the school for which the report will be displayed (if the user has access to more than one school).
• Date: Select the day for which the teachers’ lesson preparations will be reviewed.

After entering the required data and clicking Search, the system displays a table that includes details for each teacher, such as:

• Teacher’s full name
• Number of scheduled time periods for that day
• Number of lesson preparations uploaded
• Percentage of completion

Additional action buttons are available below the table, such as:

• Export to Excel to view the data in an external file
• Print Report to print the report directly

This report helps school administrations and supervisors monitor teachers’ level of readiness and support them in improving the quality of daily lesson preparation.
