Supervisors
This page displays all supervisors and senior teachers registered in the system. It is used to search for them, manage their data, and perform various related actions.

Page Components

Top Tabs Bar
It includes a set of options that help navigate between different user types, such as:

• Students
• Students Not Assigned to Classes
• Parents
• Teachers
• Supervisors
• Administration

Search Fields
These fields help in easily finding any user through options such as:

• Civil ID
• Name
• Job Title
• School

After entering the data, click the Search button to display the results.

Supervisors Data Table
When the results appear, the table displays basic information such as:

• Civil ID
• Name
• School
• Specialization
• Job Title
• Last Activity
• Actions Column

Available Actions
The Actions column includes several tools that allow:

• View
• Manage Classes

Navigating to Class Management
After selecting the required supervisor or senior teacher to be linked with teachers, the system opens the:
Class Management page, which is responsible for linking supervisors and senior teachers with teachers within classes and subjects.

Class Management Page (Linking Supervisors and Senior Teachers with Teachers)
This page is used to assign classes to supervisors and senior teachers in order to monitor teachers’ performance within academic subjects.

Page Components

Search Area
It includes fields that help identify the classes to be linked, such as:

• Subject Title
• Section Name
• Grade Name
• Teacher Name

Enter the required data and then click the Search button to display the results.

Classes Table
A table is displayed containing class details such as:

• Subject Title
• Section Name
• Grade
• Teacher Name
• School
• Actions Column

How to Link a Supervisor or Senior Teacher with Teachers

1. First, select the supervisor from the Supervisors Management page.
2. From the Actions column, open the Class Management page.
3. Navigate to the Class Management page.
4. Click the Add Classes button, then search for the classes to be added.
5. After the table appears, select the class/classes and assign them to the supervisor or senior teacher.
6. Click the Save button.

This completes the linking process between the supervisor and teachers within the subject or grade.
