This screen displays the Surveys and Assessments section under Alternative Assessment Tools in the student account. It allows users to search, filter, and manage surveys. Users can export survey data to Excel and navigate through survey records when available. If no data exists, an alternative alert message is displayed.


Surveys #

To manage this screen:

  • Click Assessments, Surveys, or My Assessments to navigate to the relevant section.
  • Use the Title Search box to enter keywords, then click the Search button to filter the surveys displayed in the table.
  • Click Export to download survey details in Excel format, or click Customize Columns to modify the information shown in the table.

Assessments #

This tab allows users to create individual assessment reports based on selected surveys. By choosing a survey from the dropdown list, you can view specific details and performance data related to that survey.

To manage this screen:

  • Click the Select dropdown under Select Survey to choose the required survey from the list.
  • After selecting the survey, click the Submit button to proceed.
  • Review the individual assessment report that will be displayed based on the selected survey.
